Bigger isn’t always better when it comes to roller blinds. While our Aspect team can easily create a single blind for a wide window (up to 2900mm wide), we don’t recommend it. That’s because oversized roller blinds are heavier. All that fabric & bottom rail weight can cause the top tube to slightly bow (as little as 1-3mm) which causes the fabric to sag. This looks like the fabric is rippled in a V shape casting shadows across the blind.

Ordering for a bedroom?
Blockout fabric is a great idea for bedrooms. If you struggle with sleeping during the say, consider those light gaps around your roller blinds too. You can reduce these significantly by asking for your blinds to be manufactured with a back roll and fitted outside of the window frame on the architrave.
