Terms and Conditions

  1. ELIGIBILITY: Aspect employees and direct family members are not eligible to win the contest. An entrant who has won a prize in previous Aspect contests is not eligible to win in this competition. Entrants must be natural persons. Clubs, organisations and companies may not enter. The winner must be a New Zealand resident aged 18 years or over. One winner will be drawn at random.
  2. CONTEST DATES: The Contest commences on Tuesday, 2 June 2026, and closes on Sunday, 20 June 2026, at 11.59 pm ("Contest Period").
  3. CONTEST ENTRY: To enter, visit the Aspect Living Instagram page. Follow Aspect Living on Instagram, comment on the competition post telling us which window treatment you would choose, and tag a friend. Each valid friend tag will receive one bonus entry. Multiple entries are permitted, provided each entry includes a unique comment and/or friend tag. Entrants must follow Aspect's Instagram page to be eligible to win.

    Entries submitted outside the Contest Period will be excluded. Aspect reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify all entries deemed inappropriate or offensive to other users, or any entry Aspect considers fraudulent in any other way.

  4. PRIZE WINNER: One winner will be drawn randomly by judges from Aspect Living from a pool of entries from the Aspect Instagram account.
  5. PRIZE INCLUSION: The winner will receive up to $1,000 worth of custom Aspect Living blinds or shutters, supplied through their nearest Curtain Studio branch. The prize is not redeemable for cash and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount. If the winner is unable to accept or use the prize for any reason, no substitute prize, cash payment, or other compensation will be provided.
  6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winner will be notified via Instagram and email.
  7. JUDGES’ DECISION IS FINAL: Aspect Living's decision regarding the contest and the winner is final. Aspect reserves the right to stop, extend, or change this offer at its discretion.
  8. INFORMATION: I consent to my name and images to be used in Marketing and Advertising by Aspect Living Limited t/a Aspect Blinds and Shutters.
  9. PRIVACY: Under the Privacy Act 1993, entrants have the right to access and correct personal information. Aspect Blinds and Shutters' website privacy policy is available at https://aspectblinds.co.nz/privacy-policy/. Aspect Living will collect, use and share personal information with other service providers to provide the contest prize.
